Mapleware® Polish

Our recipe is based on mineral oil and beeswax to treat and polish utensils, cutting boards and salad bowls.

How to polish:

After cleaning, prepare the item with fine steel wool or sandpaper, rinse, and dry. Begin with a chickpea-sized amount, and apply by hand.

We recommend polishing the utensil when the wood becomes a little rough.

For boards, apply generously for good absorption. Pay special attention to the edges where the wood is porous.
